DNPA Code of Conduct.
Purpose: At Trendy tricker, we maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our operations. This policy is designed to ensure that each member of our team acts with integrity, complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and refrains from any actions motivated by personal gain.
Gifts, Favors and Payments:
Gifts, favors and payments provided by Trendy Tricker must be consistent with accepted business practices, be of limited value, comply with the law and avoid embarrassing the Company upon public disclosure. Any payments, commissions or compensation to clients’ associates without a written agreement is against Company policy.
Gifts, favors, entertainment and payments received:
Associates should not solicit or accept gifts, favors, entertainment or payments without a legitimate business purpose, particularly from entities that are doing or wish to do business with Tazatime. Exceptions include general courtesies associated with business practices and gifts of small value. However, strict standards apply, particularly with respect to gifts from suppliers.
Conflicts of Interest:
Associates should avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of Trendy Tricker, and should promptly report any such conflicts to their manager. This includes ownership in outside enterprises that do business with or compete against Trendy Tricker, serving in capacities with competitors, or any other situations that may compromise the interests of the Company.
Confidential Information:
Unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information is strictly prohibited, and misuse will result in disciplinary action, including termination.
Compliance:
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Associates are required to report any violations they become aware of.
Social Media Guidelines:
Introduction:
Social media posts must be handled with discretion, as they are powerful public statements with lasting effects.
Associates must understand and adhere to company policies outlined in the employee handbook.
Be careful what you post:
Affiliates are individually responsible for their online activity, and inappropriate content may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Posts must reflect personal viewpoints, with any references to trendy trivia clearly identified as personal opinion.
Be Respectful and Professional:
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications, avoiding posts that could be construed as offensive, threatening, or harassing.
Respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing false or misleading information.
Be honest and precise:
Accuracy is paramount, and any mistakes should be corrected immediately. Collaborators should be transparent about any changes made to previous posts.
Respect the law and privacy:
Associates must comply with all legal and privacy requirements, including copyright and privacy laws. Confidential company information should never be disclosed without permission.
Express your concerns:
Any concerns about potential policy violations should be reported immediately to the Human Resources Department. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism and Fairness:
Plagiarism is not tolerated at Trendy Tricker and reporters must ensure fairness by providing all parties involved in a story with an opportunity to adequately respond.
